Terms and Conditions: Free Website Service

  1. Eligibility: This free website service is available to businesses and individuals who do not currently have an existing website or Logo or social media. Eligibility is subject to verification by Websyn.

  2. Scope of Service: The free website service includes the creation of a basic three-page website. The website will be designed using standard templates and will not include premium features such as e-commerce functionality, custom logo designs, or premium domain names.

  3. Acceptance of Terms: By availing of the free website service, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions in full.

  4. Limitations: Websyn reserves the right to limit the availability of the free website service based on resource availability and business discretion. The service may be discontinued or modified at any time without prior notice.

  5. Additional Services: Any additional services beyond the scope of the free website service, including but not limited to premium features or customization requests, will be subject to additional fees and must be agreed upon separately.

  6. Ownership: Upon completion of the website, ownership of the website and its content will be transferred to the client. Websyn retains the right to showcase the website in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise requested by the client.

  7. No Warranty: Websyn provides the free website service on an "as is" basis, without any warranty or guarantee of any kind. Websyn shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the website.

  8. Modification of Terms: Websyn reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the free website service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
